About the Kuumba Impresario
1. Our mission: To be ourselves and free ourselves (in the words of Dr. Maulana Karenga, the creator of Kwanzaa and the Nguzo Saba-The Seven Principles) as the Chicago-based Black Evangelical impresario of faith-based creative productions e. g., art, music, literature, theater, videos, film etc.
